Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

As per EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the courier) receives the goods.

Return Conditions

• The jewelry must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging, and with warranty.
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
• Returns must be shipped at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and videos of the product. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Warranty

All Moonhymn jewelry is covered by a warranty that protects against manufacturing defects.

• If the buyer is a consumer, the warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of delivery.
• If the buyer is not a consumer, the warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of delivery.
• The warranty is valid only if accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

What the Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects identified at the time of delivery or that appear within the warranty period specified above.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

• Damage caused by wear and tear, improper maintenance, accidental impact, dropping, or misuse.
• Natural fading or deterioration of gold plating over time.
• Loss of the jewelry (the warranty does not constitute insurance).
• Cosmetic changes caused by exposure to chemicals, perfumes, creams, or prolonged contact with water or humidity.

We recommend avoiding wearing your jewelry while swimming in the sea or pool, and during physical activity, as sweat and skin acidity may alter the surface over time.

Care Recommendations

Moonhymn jewelry, crafted in rhodium-plated or gold-plated 925 sterling silver, is treated to be more resistant to oxidation and to retain its shine for longer. However, we recommend cleaning your pieces regularly to preserve their original appearance and brilliance.
