Products are available for delivery in Italy, Europe, unless otherwise specified. All product orders are subject to availability. Displaying a product on the site does not imply it is available for online purchase.
Moonhymn reserves the right to update the selection of products at any time.
If the chosen product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, our Customer Service will notify you via email, allowing you to select a different product or cancel the order.
For orders with multiple products, we will inform you about which items are available and assist you in modifying or cancelling the order. You will only be charged for the items that are available and confirmed.
6. Pre-Orders and Mixed Orders
Some products are available exclusively by pre-order. Pre-orders follow the same procedure as standard orders. Once placed, payment will be charged immediately, and an order receipt confirmation email will be sent.
You will receive a shipping confirmation once the pre-ordered item is ready.
For mixed orders (in-stock items and pre-order items), please note that the delivery may occur in separate shipments due to the extended preparation time required for pre-orders. You will receive separate shipping confirmations for each part of the order.
7. Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes a contractual offer. Order confirmation does not imply acceptance; the contract is concluded only upon shipping confirmation.
No contract will exist between you and Moonhymn until your order has been expressly accepted and confirmed for shipping. If your order is not accepted and payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded.
To place an order, select the desired item, add it to your cart, and complete the checkout and payment process. If the transaction is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email. However, this does not yet constitute acceptance.
Once the order is approved, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number. The contract is finalized upon receipt of this shipping confirmation.
8. Order Rejection
Moonhymn reserves the right to remove products, edit content, or reject orders—even after order confirmation—in the case of exceptional circumstances or irregularities.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Moonhymn commits to making every effort to ship products by the specified date, except in exceptional cases.
10. Delivery Issues
If delivery cannot be completed within the indicated timeframe, the customer will be notified and may choose to reschedule or cancel the order for a full refund.
Customers will receive email updates and a tracking code. Delivery is considered complete when the item is in the customer's or a designated third party's possession.
11. Ownership and Risk
Until full payment is received, the product remains the property of Moonhymn. Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon delivery. Once delivered, all risks—including loss, damage, or theft—are assumed by the customer.
12. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately. Moonhymn reserves the right to correct any obvious pricing errors.
